Heat Pumps in Winchester and Surrounding Towns
Winchester, Woburn, Arlington, Medford, Stoneham, Lexington and the Middlesex County towns between them.
We plan and install heat pumps for homeowners in Winchester and its neighbors: Woburn, Arlington, Medford, Stoneham, Lexington, Burlington, Melrose, Wakefield, Belmont and Reading. The homes vary from big colonials and Victorians to capes, ranches and two-families, and so do the utilities. In most of these towns, a Mass Save utility supplies the power, and the Mass Save rebate and HEAT Loan rules apply. Reading, Wakefield and Belmont are served by municipal light plants with programs of their own, so the plan for a house there starts with a different set of questions.
Programs by address
Mass Save in most of the area, a light plant program in a few towns. We check your accounts first.
Every kind of older home
Colonials, capes, two-families and Victorians each need their own sizing and layout.

Does the Process Change From Town to Town?
The planning steps do not. Every house gets a phone conversation, a visit with a room-by-room heat loss count and a written proposal showing equipment, price, rebate estimate and any loan amount.
The variable is which programs apply. In Winchester, Woburn, Arlington, Medford and most nearby towns, Mass Save rebates and the HEAT Loan apply when the conditions are met. In Reading, Wakefield and Belmont, the light plant's program comes first, and the HEAT Loan may depend on the home's gas account. We check before we estimate.
